Please book an initial assessment appointment to find out more about hypnotherapy and if it is right for you. We generally recommend at least 1 hour appointments for hypnosis/therapy as usually 1/2 of the session will be allocated to talking with conscious mind and the second 1/2 of the session allocated to hypnosis. Dr Linh Doan is happy to answer queries about hypnosis in person during appointments. Please notify reception how long you wish your appointment to be.
